Cairns Pregnancy Circle

Hello, I’m Bridget, a local doula here in Cairns, and I invite you to come join me for a nourishing and supportive pregnancy circle.

This free offering is for women in pregnancy who are longing to slow down, connect with themselves, and share space with others walking a similar path. Whether it’s your first baby or your third, there is something deeply powerful about being witnessed and held in community.

We’ll sit in circle, share stories (if you feel called), reflect on the transformation of pregnancy, and tend to the inner journey of becoming a mother. My hope in creating this space is that you can start building your village now!

You might like to bring:

• a blanket, pillow, or chair to ensure you can sit comfortably

• a mug for tea

• an empty bladder (unless you’re happy to do a bush wee!)

• Older children are welcome, there’s a lovely playground
