Governance & Roles and Responsibilities Workshops - Cairns

Join us for two sessions, the first covering organisational governance held from 9:30am - 12:30pm, and the second covering organisational roles and responsibilities from 1pm to 3pm.  

Organisational governance training will focus on the responsibilities of committees and boards to manage and maintain a community association. This also builds skills for leadership and management positions. Training exploring roles and responsibilities covers the different positions of an incorporated association in Queensland, as well as what practical activities need to be undertaken to fulfil these.
