- You are invited to two workshops in Cairns
- Everyone has the right to good healthcare.
- We want to hear from people with intellectual disability about what works — and what doesn’t — in the health system.
- Your experiences and stories help make change happen.
- We also want you to test a health passport.
- A health passport is a tool that helps you share important information with health staff.
- It can help make sure you get the care and support you need, in a way that makes sense to you.
- We want your help to test it out — what works, what’s confusing, and what should change.
- You will receive a gift card for attending each workshop.

Day 1: Thursday 8 May, 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Day 2: Thursday 29 May, 1:00pm - 3:00pm 

Location: Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort 122 Lake St, Cairns City QLD 4870, Australia

*Please note: this workshop will be run over two days at the same location. In order for you to participate in these workshops, you need to be available for both days.
