Diversity & Multicultural Inclusion for Businesses and Community Organisations

These interactive workshops (in person & online) are designed for business owners and community workers who want to better understand and support culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities in our region. Together, we’ll explore the migrant experience, unpack common barriers to full participation in local life, and share simple, practical tools to help bridge the gap.

Whether you’re running a business or working in the not-for-profit space, these sessions offer down-to-earth strategies—from improving communication and signage to tapping into translation services and creating more welcoming environments. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how small changes can make a big difference in building trust and inclusion.
