Event description
This workshop is for women who want to balance and calm their their cortisol, those juggling it all and craving a calmer nervous system.
This workshop will be a blend of modalities to restore and replenish the adrenals, regulate emotions and feel empowered.
El will be guiding you through a yin based yoga practice.
You will feel the tension melt off and be held and guided as you explore your inner landscape through a series of gentle movements and poses.
We will then sit with a herbal tea and talk hormones
Hannah will help you understand cortisol ( the stress hormone ) and how food, lifestyle and daily habits can bring it back into balance.
With plenty of time for questions you’ll be leaving with knowledge & wisdom from two holistic practitioners, that include rituals mind set shifts, tools and techniques to craft your day around your hormonal patterns
These tools have helped us move through big life transitions and will assist you in making some mindful changes and to feel more clear energised and aligned to be able to move through life as we all know that is the real work.
