Camembert & Friends - Kaiapoi

Learn to make three beautiful French-style soft cheeses in this hands-on cheesemaking workshop.

You'll learn to make (and take home):

• Camembert worthy of a French cheeseboard.

• Triple Crème cheese - rich, creamy and ready in just one week.

• Valençay - a delicious ash-coated cheese, ready in just two weeks.

You will leave knowing how to make some other Camembert cousins as well.

You will share a pot with another person - so either come with a friend, or come alone and make a new friend on the day. You will make cheese together and take half of it home each!
