Retreat Topic: Healing the Past, Changing the Future

Do you feel stuck? Trapped by painful past experiences, unable to move on from them? Do traumas of the past hold you back from living your best life? So many of us find ourselves feeling limited in this way. Stuck, feeling determined by, or hurt by, our past experiences, when in fact, our capacity for inner transformation and healing is extraordinary.

Freedom from past hurts is possible. We can learn to let go and move forward to a brighter future. Buddhist wisdom enables us to identify the real source of pain and difficulty within our minds, finally release it completely, leaving us with a tremendous feeling of relief, mental freedom and joy. Through understanding your mind, you’ll understand how to change your future and your world by changing your present thoughts and actions. By taking control in this way, you’ll feel empowered to effect real positive change in these otherwise disempowering times. During this weekend retreat you’ll learn practical meditations to heal past hurts and to create a happy future, free from suffering and problems.
