Join Camp Venture Experience, a hands-on workshop using the award-winning youth and community development board game created by Dimitrios Papalexis, founder of Soulgen.


In this interactive session, you’ll step into the world of Camp Venture — a creative facilitation tool designed to spark strategy, storytelling, and social innovation. Through play, reflection, and dialogue, you’ll explore how games can activate strengths, reframe challenges, and inspire real-world problem solving in communities, workplaces, and teams.

About Dimitrios Papalexis

Dimitrios Papalexis is a social innovator, facilitator, and founder of Soulgen, an Australian social enterprise dedicated to uncovering the hidden strengths of people and places. He works across sectors with local governments, NGOs, and universities to design and deliver initiatives that foster youth engagement, community wellbeing, social cohesion, and participatory design.

Drawing on a background in psychodrama, creative facilitation, and Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), Dimitrios blends evidence-based practice with imagination and play to spark collective action. He is also the creator of Camp Venture, a gamified tool for community and youth development that brings creativity, storytelling, and social innovation to life through play.
