Canberra: Hike Shepherd's Lookout

If you’re in Canberra, join us on a hike to Shepherd’s Lookout!

A mostly gentle and easy walk through open countryside. The views from the lookout are great, stretching out all across the Murumbidgee River and valley below. The countryside you walk through to get to the lookout is usually occupied by many cows (and also their droppings) so wear good footwear to keep the patties at bay.  

Moderate difficulty, 7.7km, approximately 2 hours roundtrip.
