Canberra Sunrise Breath + Hot Air Balloons

LAST SUNRISE EVENT FOR THE SEASON - RESTARTS NOVEMBER

Talofa Friends & Family, my name is Daniel Gaitau, as the founder of Mānava Breathwork & The Locker Room Barbershop I would like to extend a warm welcome to our community. 

On Saturday 22nd of March, we invite you to join us for our LAST SUNRISE breath event of the season! 

On this special morning we will enjoy a short breath experience before welcoming the day enjoying the hot air balloons and a hot cup of cacao. An event for the whole family.  *Bookings Essential

Whether you are a seasoned yogi or completely new to mindful practices, this session is designed to welcome EVERYONE. 

Our Sunrise Breath Sessions are designed to create space for you to ground and connect with both yourself and the community while experiencing the power of your breath, welcoming the sunrise and priming you for what will be a beautiful day ahead.

You will be guided through a light morning activation breath work session, guided by the rhythm of your breath, giving your body the opportunity to receive, while being able to slow and regulate your nervous system leaving you to feel energised and primed for your day ahead.

It has been a beautiful season of our sunrise breath offering and we are looking forward to finishing with a bang. 

This session will be adjusted from our usual schedule inorder to enjoy the hot air balloons as part of the enlightened festival.

LOCATION : Dairy Farmers Hill Lookout, National Arboretum. 

Drive all the way up the road passing the main building on your left. Continue driving up until you reach Dairy Farmers Hill Lookout carpark. Please note the hill may be more busy than usual so get in early to ensure a carpark.

TIME: 6.50AM SHARP 

PLEASE BRING:

•journal + pen

•Picnic rug or blanket to sit & lie on

•Comfortable WARM CLOTHING

•Blanket 

•Water

Exchange $10.00 + Booking fee - CHILDREN ARE FREE and welcome. 

We ask that if you bring children to position yourself towards the back of the group.
