Candlelit Sonic Journey *Spooky Version* (October 19)

Known for their constantly sold-out regular monthly Sonic Journeys, Geoffrey and Catherine are excited to create and offer a special Halloween-themed event of intentional spooky soundscapes to take you to the darkest inner workings of the mind. We all know that's where the real scary stuff happens. : )

Think of this like a haunted house, but explored through sound instead.

Guiding you through this evening is Geoffrey Lamden and Catherine Brown. Geoffrey has been working with sound and vibratory response for over 30 years. He is a sound therapist who has offered one-on-one sessions with clients since 2016. He uses singing bowls, tuning forks and the didgeridoo offering sonic massage, working with the nervous system and meridian points.

Catherine is a Reiki Master and Akashic Records consultant who has a formal formation in shamanic healing and loves to play indigenous instruments from around the world that evoke the sounds of nature. She leads sacred medicine ceremonies in which sound is used greatly to guide individuals through their unique healing journey. 

Bring a yoga mat, a couple of blankets, an eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes, a pillow - anything you need to make yourself as cozy as possible as you lie down to receive this sound work.
