Candlelit Yin Yoga & Sound Healing

Sarah Gee, owner of Sarenity Hair and Extensions and Steph Cox, Intuitive Breathwork Yin Yoga Teacher, are coming together for a cosy candlelit night of connection, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing for the community🕯️ 

Sarah's Why: Over the past three years, yoga and sound healing have been a part of my own journey. They’ve taught me how to slow down, breathe, nurture myself, step out of my head and connect with my body. These practices have created space for me to grow an incredible, purpose- driven business and have guided me back to my heart whenever I’ve felt caught in the fast pace of business growth.

The reason I am bringing yoga and sound healing into the salon is simple: if these practices have helped me during some of my hardest times, I hope they can help others too. My intention is to weave parts of my journey into the salon in a way that supports our clients and our team.

Whether it’s through small gestures, intentional touches in our service, or creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and safe to be themselves without judgment, this is the environment I am committed to building. It’s about nurturing our community, supporting each person’s well- being, and reminding ourselves to come back to presence, even in the middle of busy lives.
