    Event description

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR NATURAL WAYS TO BRING YOUR BODY BACK TO BALANCE?

This workshop will look at how stress effects the body and how we get ill when we loose our balance. We will look at autoimmune and stress related conditions like chronic fatigue, rheumatism, psoriasis, eczema, allergies, colitis, pain, migraine and mental health including ADHD, memory, focus, sleep.

We will then explain the body's endocannabinoid system (ECS) - an amazing internal part of our body that can help us to re-balance ourselves back to full health.

We will explain how it works, what plants activate it, the difference between direct cannabinoids and indirect cannabinoids, pros and cons of each and then how to use them in therapy for different chronic health conditions as well as for everyday use to enhance your health and wellbeing. We will talk about the cannabis regulations in New Zealand, availability of cannabis oils vs overseas markets and then dive deep into compliments and alternatives to prescription oils. Finally we will share scientific studies and results from recent analysis at Otago University surrounding the use of MCB oil, a novel and legal alternative or compliment to current prescription cannabis medicines here in NZ. Demonstrating how to use oils, considerations, FAQs, safety, contraindications, testimonials and dosage. Also how to maintain benefits using lower dose forms of wholefoods like Maca to keep yourself balanced and prevent illness in the future.

If you are looking at new ways to manage your health and wanting to investigate how the ECS could be useful for you then join us for this incredibly informative workshop.
