A tasty, tasty trek.
A medley of dishes inspired by the Cape to Cape Track, cooked up by the most celebrated chefs in the region. Like Mal Chow (Chow’s Table), who fires up the wok for his next-gen take on Chinese-Malay street food, Robert Webster (Normal Van) who serves up Canadian-inspired comfort food, and Brendan Pratt (Busselton Pavillion/ Parker Group) who does Aussie fast-food faves, but cool and contemporary. You’ll get a brew by Rocky Ridge (or a wine) when you arrive, and incredible dishes that pay homage to the produce and flavours of the South West.
