Capertee Valley Bird Festival
Event description
Bird enthusiasts across the country are invited to the Capertee Valley Bird Festival, celebrating one of the world's most renowned birding destinations. While the Valley boasts an established bird trail, this new festival offers a truly special opportunity for a rare birding experience.
Through the Birder’s Pass we are opening the gates on private properties for guided bird walks in habitats normally off-limits to the public. Informative sessions with range of distinguished speakers cover bird conservation and insights every birder will find valuable.
The Single Sessions offer everyone the opportunity to enjoy the festival too. With a range of bird themed and nature-based activities for adults and children to enjoy, plus some evening social activities for all.
