The CAPHIA Competencies provide a framework for public health education across Australasia, guiding curriculum development for undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs. This workshop is an opportunity to explore what the Third Edition means for your teaching and programs, and to connect with colleagues from across the region who are navigating the same questions.

    Hosted by CAPHIA's Leaders and Educators in Indigenous Public Health Network (LEIPH), this day-long pre-forum session brings together Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, Māori, and Pacific colleagues working in public health education. Held on 11 November 2026 alongside the Public Health Graduate Competency Framework Implementation workshop, the day offers a dedicated space for First Nations and Pacific peoples to connect, share teaching practice, and build networks across Australia, Aotearoa and the Pacific.
