The Buzz Bar is back this September, and we’re delighted to welcome Capo Creek to The Queanbeyan Hive for a Friday night of live music, pizza, drinks and good company.

Capo Creek are Chris Johnson and Artem Grigoriev — a dynamic Canberra-based guitar and vocal duo with a whole lot of energy and a contagious vibe.

Their music brings together the perfect mix of outlaw country, blues and rock anthems, alongside beautiful ballads and classy originals.

Artem’s guitar licks are astounding, while Chris’s vocals can move from powerful to tender. Together, they have a knack for getting an audience feeling good.

With their highly acclaimed debut album Running Out, Capo Creek have been a hit at recent folk and blues festivals, as well as on the stages of some of Canberra’s favourite live music venues.

The Buzz Bar is presented by Create Collaborate Collective Inc., a not-for-profit community arts organisation supporting local and original musicians, performers and artists in Queanbeyan.

Our standard cover charge is $5, which helps us keep presenting live music at The Hive.
