Welcome to CAPO Nationals 2025.

Last year, over 300 lifters competed to find Australia's strongest individuals. This year promises to be even bigger, with $10,000 in prize money for the Open 3-lift – Raw/Raw Plus division, attracting top lifters.

This event is invite only. The entry is sent out via sms to the mobile that was provided with your membership. If you haven't received your sms, please contact Jonny. If you don't accept your entry with in the time frame your invite will go to the next highest lifter on the list.

Invite Round dates. 

• 27-29 April – First Round Invites
• 30 April - 2 May – Second Round Invites
• 3-4 May – Third Round Invites
• 5-30 May – Wild Card Invites –

The event schedule will be released on May 12 due to the size of the competition.

If sold out, follow prompts to join the waitlist. Additional entries may be added if there's capacity, and some lifters might withdraw.
