Carbon Farming 101 - An Introduction to Carbon on Farm

Join Heytesbury District Landcare Network and Agriculture Victoria's Chris Blore to learn the basics of carbon on farm.

Whether you have a small block, sheep or beef enterprise, or a different land use altogether, this session will help you better understand:

• What you need to know about carbon and carbon farming

• Greenhouse gases in agriculture

• Know your number and how its calculated

In addition, we'll share a real-life sheep/beef enterprise example, including what data is collected and an opportunity to ask the farmer about their journey.
