Event description

*THIS EVENT IS NOT SOLD OUT BUT IS VERY CLOSE TO CAPACITY SO PLEASE REACH OUT DIRECTLY AS INDICATED BELOW TO EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST IN ATTENDING*

This event will unpack the critical trends shaping the future of carbon markets in Australia and globally. From the intricacies of carbon credit procurement to the growing importance of co-benefits, we’ll dive into the challenges and opportunities that are redefining this space.

Head of our Global Carbon Markets practice, Elisa de Wit, will be joined by prominent industry voices Alexander Lewis, Head of Carbon Markets at Qantas, and Skye Glenday, Co-Chief Executive Officer at Climate Friendly. Our presenters will share their insights on how leading organisations are navigating challenges, including market supply and demand, best practice approaches to due diligence, and ensuring sustainability impacts are maximised.

Partners in our banking and financial services team will also discuss current legal issues in the financing of carbon projects, trading carbon credits and financial services licensing for carbon market participants.

We encourage you to register your interest to attend directly with our event organiser, Jackie Hurley (jackie.hurley@nortonrosefulbright.com) as space is very limited
