Cardboard Creations School Holiday Workshop

Happymess Studio Cardboard Creations workshop offers a sustainable and imaginative crafting experience for children ages 5 to 12, running from 10am to 12pm. This eco-friendly session encourages kids to use repurposed cardboard as their primary material, promoting the creative reuse of everyday items. Participants will transform old boxes, tubes, and other cardboard scraps into inventive and unique projects, from intricate structures to whimsical creatures. With an array of additional decorative supplies like paint, markers, and stickers, children will explore how to give new life to materials that might otherwise be discarded. In addition to fostering creativity, the workshop emphasises the importance of sustainability and environmental awareness. 

By working with recycled materials, kids will learn about the impact of waste and the benefits of reusing resources in a fun and engaging way. Guided by skilled facilitators, participants will not only develop their artistic skills but also gain an appreciation for sustainable practices. At the end of the session, each child will take home a distinctive cardboard creation and a deeper understanding of how creativity can contribute to a more sustainable world. The Cardboard Creations workshop provides a meaningful blend of art, education, and environmental stewardship.

Some morning tea provided, but please pack a drink bottle and some lunch.

Vouchers can only be used:
