Cardiovascular Workshop 

*Please note this course is for ICU Nepean Hospital staff only. There is limited availability for study leave. Please see Nurse Manager for approval. 

Date: Monday, 18 September 2023

Venue: ICET, Level 3 West Block, Nepean Hospital 

Room: Entire Centre

Time: 07:00 to 16:00

Audience: The Cardiovascular Workshop is for staff at Nepean Hospital. 

The workshop will include: 

  • Cardiovascular Physiology
  • Role of Echo Cardiogram in ICU
  • Pacemaker
  • Cardiogenic Shock
  • ECG Ischemic changes
  • Pulmonary Artery Catheter
  • Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump

Pre-reading materials and the program will be sent one week before the course.
