What: Cold Water Therapy at Carding Mill Valley Reservoir
Join the Shropshire Roots Brothers for a walk to the reservoir in Church Stretton's magical setting of Carding Mill Valley, part of the beautiful Shropshire Hills. Take a cold water plunge in the reservoir, which is accessed from a steep stone "beach" area. The reservoir is shaded by silver birch trees and offers stunning views of the Long Mynd peaks. Free event open to all men.
The reservoir is a short walk from the top car park. 1 hour roundtrip typically.
