Every leader in this sector is carrying something the people around them don't fully see. Care in Common is a chance to sit across from someone who gets it, without having to explain the funding pressure, the workload, or why you're still thinking about work at 9pm.

This is speed networking, but not the kind that leaves you with ten cards and nothing real. Each round comes with a question to focus on, something that matters, so the conversations go somewhere real from the first minute. No pitching, no polite moaning, just leaders across different organisations talking honestly about what's working, what's not, and what someone else in the room might already have figured out.

Everyone in the room has one thing in common. However their job title reads, they're all caring for people in some shape or form.

This is the first one. Small by design, and hopefully the start of something that keeps bringing this sector's leaders together.
