1. Cancellation / refunds:

Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
If you are unable to attend you can nominate a substitute to take your place. Email kelly@languagesroadshow.com.au to organise a change of name on your ticket.
Due to the situation with COVID19, if you are unwell, we would prefer you stayed home to look after your own health and the health of other attendees. In this case, please contact Kelly to discuss receiving a credit with Languages Roadshow.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will receive a full refund within 14 days of the event cancellation announcement.

2. Invoice option

If you choose to checkout on the Humanitix platform with an invoice, you have 14 days to pay the invoice. If the invoice is not paid within 14 days, your place at the event will no longer be reserved. If you request to pay via invoice less than 14 days before the event, invoices will need to be paid by a date specified by Languages Roadshow, to ensure numbers and dietary requirements can be finalised before the event date.

3. Catering:

Any dietary requirements must be advised 10 days before the event. There is no guarantee that all dietary needs can be met but we will do our best.

5. Use of photographs / media

Unless you explicitly request otherwise, you agree to the use of images, audio or video from the event being used on Languages Roadshow promotional materials, including print, online and social media. Contact kelly@languagesroadshow.com.au at your earliest convenience

6. Personal Information and Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be treated with care and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) and the Privacy Principles, any information we collect from you will only be used by Languages Roadshow. Payment details will not be kept on file.
Languages Roadshow will store your email address in order to let you know about future events and opportunities. You can opt-out of these emails at any time. If you would prefer that your contact details are not kept on file, please advise us.

7. Personal Property

Languages Roadshow is not responsibile for loss or damage to any personal property at any of our events.
