Career Readiness - Information Session

The Career Readiness Program is a game-changer. 

We created the program after coaching over 3K individuals in mid-to-exec career level, over the past 15+ years, who wished they had a career/life readiness program to help them navigate the transitions in life, college, and career. We know that life can be challenging and complex, as we grew older the complexities of our life had a compounding effect. Sometimes, it was easier to navigate, sometimes we struggled. The goal of the Career Readiness Program is to help your High School Grad build confidence, learn foundational knowledge about life and career development, practice assertive communication, and build a career plan to help them succeed in their life. 

The program offers THREE years of self-paced learning modules and email support, and opportunities to engage with developmental group discussions with their peers across the nation. Over the three years of self-paced learning modules, we'll cover over 50 topics, additionally, some programs will provide group coaching sessions and/or 1:1 coaching sessions. 

During the orientation, we'll cover your questions, the program structure, and discuss what topics you'd like to see covered during the 3 years. At the end of the Info session, you'll have the opportunity to register your HS Grad for the course.
