Career Transition Lab NOV26
Description
Are you seeking change in your work life but don't know where to start? Does a job that fulfilled you for years feel like it's now something that keep you stuck? Do you find yourself 'between jobs' and need some help to work out what 'next' looks like? Or are you approaching the end of your career and unclear about how, when or even why to step into a new phase of life?
Wherever you are, join us over 5 consecutive group sessions, combined with two 1:1 sessions & monthly group check-ins for up to 6 months, to help you unpack your next career transition or decision point and find greater clarity and confidence on your pathway forward.
This coaching program offers 1:1 and small group coaching, peer support and self-guided activities to help people navigate through the transitions and challenges that a working life throws up. Whether you are considering a change in career, feeling stuck while those around you seem to be moving forward or know that there is 'more' out there, but you're not sure what that looks like for you, this program is for you!
The full program includes:
a 1:1 goal exploration session: a confidential conversation with your coach to explore what you want to get out of the program
5x90 minute group sessions to unpack your particular career transition within a semi-structured group environment, supported by evidence-based frameworks and resources
self-guided personal development activities to do at your own pace
a final 1:1 coaching session to consolidate progress and next steps
follow up group support for 6 months following your program (optional)
At the end of the program you will have:
- greater clarity on the questions you are asking - and the answers!
- explored a range of possible 'identities' and narrowed your search to what is meaningful for you - plus taken action to clarify your career aspirations and possibilities
- created and put into action a range of personal career progression strategies - and learned from the results!
- identified existing resources and how you can use them better - as well as how you can fill some resource gaps
You can read more detail about the 5 group sessions at the course webpage.
