Careers in Conversation October

MESSA presents Careers in Conversation.

Join alumni from the Masters of Environment and Sustainability (MES) as they discuss their careers and current roles. Listen to them speak about what inspired them to pursue their field of interest and how they got their foot in the door. The alumni will address the impacts of the projects and the skillsets they picked up while working. During the Q&A, participants can interact with the alumni and raise questions. 

Each month we will engage with alumni from various fields. Our alumni for October is Francisco Lugo, an international student! 

Francisco has specialised in the field of Waste Management and Product Design. He is currently working full time as a Waste Designer Engineer at WSP, and helps clients throughout Australia to forecast their future development waste volumes and propose best practice solutions to help sort waste and divert it from going to landfill. The proposed solutions comply with stakeholders interests; council, shareholders, community, suppliers, architects, and other disciplines in the project team

He completed the Master of Environment and Sustainability in Leadership for Sustainable Development and Corporate Sustainability in November 2019.
