My focus is supporting clients through mindset coaching, specialising in strategies for anxiety management and releasing emotional trauma. At the Academy we offer group trainings and workshops, focused around communication strategies and certifications in Neuro-linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy. I have lived experience as a carer for my son (now 11 yrs) with a life limiting condition - the experience of diagnosis is what drove me to seek out tools to cope with our situation and am now driven to share these with other carers.

Jo is a Wellness Educator, Keynote Speaker, and Practitioner with over two decades of experience in creating positive change and healthy choices in people's lives. She specializes in Professional and Personal Development, Leadership, Health and Wellbeing, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Resilience, and Emotional Intelligence.
Her mission is to inspire, motivate, educate, and assist people in creating a life of balance and fulfillment, both at work and at home. She has helped people achieve their goals and improve their overall happiness and wellbeing.
Her approach is grounded in simplicity, and teaches simple tools and techniques that people can easily apply to their daily lives. She is passionate about helping people achieve their full potential, and believes that everyone deserves to lead a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.
Jo has successfully overcome chronic illnesses like Chronic Fatigue, Bilharzia, Bells Palsy, and Fibromyalgia, through Intuitive Intelligence, alternative medicine, lifestyle, and food changes. Her journey into wellness began in the 90s when working in the travel and tourism industry. She was diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses, and no western medicine or techniques were improving her condition. She have also been diagnosed with ADHD in 2016 and has been working with neurodiverse adults and children for over 20 years in clinic and retreats and workshops.
