CARERS MEDITATION COURSE

Eligible unpaid carers are invited to take some time out for themselves at this FREE respite event for relaxation and an opportunity to connect with like carers who live in your local community.

Description of the event: Carers are invited to attend meditation after the rush of the end of year and begin 2025 with a renewed sense of mindfulness and focus

Date: Starts Friday 24th January to Friday 4th April (runs to school term + one additional week)

Time: 1-2:30pm

Venue: BHN (Room D6) 335-337 Nepean Highway Parkdale

Inviting you to experience Meditation and Mindfulness led by qualified meditation teacher Rena. Rena is currently working with Community Home Support Program (CHSP) clients at our Social Support Group located in Mentone. Rena also has prior experience working with NDIS clients.

Rena has experience working with CHSP and NDIS clients and brings a compassionate approach to her work.

This Group Activity will offer you the opportunity:

to experience a variety of mindful meditations
to explore bringing more mindfulness into your daily life
Light refreshments with the group after meditating
