Caretaker and Me Yoga
Event description
This fun 30min yoga class will include movement, breathwork and games designed for littles and their caregivers to do together. Please plan to bring a yoga mat with you, all other supplies will be provided. We look forward to playing with you!
Your $20 ticket includes 4 classes (registered monthly) and each ticket will cover one caregiver and up to two littles. If you have additional adults or kids joining, please purchase additional tickets.

About the Instructor: Claire (they/them) has been teaching kids yoga for 8yrs and is passionate about creating yoga spaces for all ages, abilities and family dynamics. Their kids (3 & 5) love doing yoga with them and help create new games and fun ways to explore the ways we move and breathe.
*Tickets are $20 for the month. Refunds will not be given for missed classes.
