Caring for the Coast Guided Landcare Walk

It’s Landcare week and we’re celebrating! Join us for this beautiful guided coastal walk where we will visit the rehabilitation and restoration sites of Ballina Coastcare and Lennox Head Landcare. From Flat Rock to Lennox Head, take in the magnificent views whilst learning about coastal restoration and see the amazing work of our volunteers.

When: August 4th. Please arrive at 7:50am for a 8:00 am start. Walk finishes at Lennox Head at 12pm. 

Where: Sharpes Beach Carpark

Please bring: Hat, sunscreen, plenty of water, snacks

We will start at the Sharpes Beach Carpark, walk around to flat rock, and then back North finishing at Lennox Head at around 12pm. This will be a slow paced walk, between 7-9km over 4hours. We will stop and talk at a number of different spots along the way. We'll then catch the local bus back to Sharpes Beach at 12:25pm.
