Caring for the Health of Children in Spring

A session of care, conversation and creating towards caring for the health of children in Spring. 

This is an experiential and practical workshop for parents, soon to be parents, grandparents, caregivers that will leave you nourished, informed from an anthroposophic perspective of the human being body, soul and spirit and resourced.

Join Lynette Clifton and Louise Stewart
as they introduce anthroposophic self care applications to the skin that can be carried into the daily rhythms of home life.  These healthy practises of self-care are for life,  helping to maintain wellbeing while also developing a healthy sense of Self and care for the other.

Each participant will take home an anthroposophic remedy and care item/s for their Spring homecare kit.
