Are you noticing the symptoms of perimenopause and curious about what comes next? Have you been experiencing menopause for a while and still feel like you don’t quite understand what's actually going on? Are you looking for ways to holistically support your body through this part of your life?

Caring for Yourself Through Menopause is a free, virtual program where you’ll learn more about living well with menopause from WHC’s registered dietician.

Join us for this one-hour session where you’ll:

· Find out more about what menopause is

· Explore the three phases of menopause

· Learn more about your symptoms

· Get tools to meet your changing nutritional needs

This workshop takes place online. You will be sent a Teams link 24 hours before each session – you can join from any computer, tablet, or smartphone. There are two dates available, please register for only one.
