Margaret River is dancing in the streets in a CARNIVAL PARADE on May 31 to celebrate the season of the rains, and dance life back to country after the long dry.💦
Free event - registration to attend the Parade not necessary
What is it:
CARNIVAL PARADE 3PM

We’ll fly a giant street puppet of the Wounded Wild, dance to samba and swirl a magic river, skate and skip masked birds and animals, sing up a storm, roll wheelbarrows of flowers and native plants, parade giant characters and creatures … come see local performers dance and sing it up as we parade along the road and drum up the RAIN to nourish country after the long dry 💦🌀
