CASA BONITA BUSINESS COACHING PROGRAM

Casa Bonita’s innovative and award winning Co-retail Program, facilitates economic empowerment for migrant women and emerging businesses through a series of mentoring and business coaching workshops

The power of the program is in its practicality of applying learned business skills in a culturally, inclusive and safe environment, while engaging with other participants and building business networks

This program has been tailor made for migrant women to learn about the opportunities that the Australian retail, wholesale and corporate gifts sector has to offer

Through this program previous participants have achieved financial independence, created thriving businesses, funded their own physical retail stores and have become economic and social leaders

Program Outcomes: 

• Fundamental skills to build a business plan, new sales target, imports, sales and financial skills
• A strategy to scale sales and a network of wholesale stockists 
• Improve business skills required in different sales channels: retail, wholesale, e-commerce
• Practice English language skills in a business and educational environment 
• Engage with a socially conscious network and community of private and public organisations 
• Receive exposure and promotion 

Co-retail Program investment: 

• $800 per participant 

Casa Bonita is solely funding this program and able to offer it now at $125

Businesses only focused on sales.

We are a socio economical program and the main purpose is to support the participants to reach a sustainable income. This is an inclusive and diverse program for women who require support to adapt their products and services to the Australian market and that may include personal and professional development before achieving the sales goals
