Please join us as we take a step by step look at the processes involved in challenging a refusal by an employer to grant an eligible employee flexible working arrangements under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).

We will do this via an examination of a number of de-identified case studies involving employees returning to work following a period of parental leave.

For lawyers in these states, this session is worth 0.5 CPD points.
