Casey Greene Quintet
Casey Greene - Saxophones, Flute, Clarinet
Casey spent 16 years in the UK leading his own bands including - The Pegasus Quartet, Casey Greene Latin Six, Quiver and The Cal Tjader Project. He played throughout the UK in many Jazz clubs and Jazz festivals including London Jazz Festival and Birmingham Jazz Festival. Now back in Oz he has played with Vince Jones and others. He has now assembled his new Jazz quartet comprising of the best of the South coast Jazz musicians.
Jeremy Sawkins - Guitars
Having performed all around Australia, he has also performed in Europe and Asia and is regarded as one of Australia's most versatile jazz guitarists.
Recent performances have seen Jeremy sharing the stage with such luminaries as Sting and Dominic Miller, Katie Noonan, Wendy Matthews, Kristin Berardi, Melinda Schneider, Kate Miller-Heidtke, Ella Hooper, Wanderlust (since 1996), Alma Orquestra and Glenn Shorrock among others. He recently performed at the 2023 Adelaide Guitar Festival with Paul Mason and James Muller in a tribute to the late Jeff Beck.
Apart from being a featured artist on many recording since the 1980's, Jeremy has released 5 albums as leader featuring his own compositions. "Toys" (1994) "Southpaw"

Peter Locke - Piano
Peter is an outstanding Jazz pianist who is constantly playing with national and international Jazz artists including John Morrison's Swing City, Andrew Dickerson and Dan Barnett.
Mike Walsh - Bass
Mike has played most jazz venues in Sydney including The Basement, Hilton, Orient and Criterion Hotels and Weinkeller. He has played with many of the best bands over the years including Les Crosby's Hacienda Jazz band, touring New Zealand and featuring in Napiers Art Deco Festival to an audience of 30000 .
Mark Sutton - Drums
Mark has played with the 'who's who' of the Australian Jazz scene including Mike Nock, Bernie McGann, Dale Barlow, Sean Wayland, James Muller, Matt Macmahon, Idea of North, National Jazz Award winners Brendan Clarke, Alana Stone and Eamon McNelis, Freidman fellowship recipients Andrew Robson and Ben Hauptmann, Julian Lee, George Golla, Craig Scott, the late Jan Rutherford and Jackie Orzasky, Fiona Burnett, Jonathan Schwartz, Vince Jones, Grace Knight and Adrian Cunningham, just to name some...
He has also had the good fortune of playing with many visiting international artists including Wynton Marsalis, Bob Mintzer, Peter Omara, and 4 performances with the legendary bassist of the Dave Brubeck quartet, "Senator" Eugene Wright
The Casey Greene Quartet will be playing from the Blue Note catalogue, with compositions from Wes Montgomery, Dexter Gordon, Benny Golson, Hubert Laws, Chick Corea as well and some fresh original compositions from Casey, Jeremy & Peter.
