Casual First Date: An Improvised Comedy Show

An evening of fast-paced, freaky and friendly sketch comedy where everything is made up on the spot!

We take a one word suggestion from the audience, and turn it into a universe of stories, scenes and sketches. Anything can happen, from mall battles, to flatmates trying to control the weather, to buying lamp flaps in Twizel, insecure astronauts, talking fingers and child lawyers!

CFD is a cult favourite comedy crew who have performed for sold-out crowds from the Coromandel to Christchurch. Each show is different, featuring a revolving cast of Tāmaki Makaurau's best improv pals; Rebecca Mary Gwendolon, Helen Jarvis, Catalina Vercelli Giurda, Karolina Brock, Gareth Blackler and Mel Bass.
