Your Leadership Journey Through Catalyst

Catalyst is designed to keep your momentum going from the very first session. You’ll start by diving into leadership foundations — exploring your leadership style, sharpening your strategic thinking, and setting a personal vision to guide your growth.

Between sessions, you’ll complete a short homework assignment to deepen your skills and prepare for the next stage of the program. In our second session, we’ll build on that work together through live reflection, peer discussion, and hands-on strategy, helping you turn new insights into real leadership action. After the program wraps, we’ll gather to celebrate your growth, your wins, and the community you’ve built.

The Catalyst program is led by Cari Kish, a respected technology leader at Maurices and an experienced mentor who knows how to help people grow into their full potential.
