Then join our online sustainability empowerment and green careers programme which runs from July to November this year.

Who is it for? 

Young women and non-binary changemakers aged 18-30 who want to work in sustainability and make a difference.

What does it involve?

Online Catalyst Summit: 9.30 am – 3.30 pm. 11th and 18th July

The Catalyst Summit is a transformational and empowering programme that will help you make a difference and land your dream job in sustainability. Join us for inspirational speakers, green careers guidance, and sustainability experts.

Learn green skills, understand climate career options & pathways, and meet your own mentor to help guide your changemaker journey. 

Grow, learn and be inspired through our transformative women-centered coaching, intergenerational mentoring, and peer group networking. All are informed by the latest climate research, sustainability change strategies, and frameworks.

Day 1: Inner Journey: becoming a changemaker

- We set the scene and context for gender equity, intersectionality and women’s empowerment for achieving sustainability.

- Explore what the world needs through global sustainability frameworks using powerful questions through practical fun exercises.

- Find your passion and purpose and learn how to grow your courage and confidence.

- Build your inner changemaker toolkit to help you quickly start and navigate your journey.

- Learn how to build your resilience and turn eco-anxiety into agency and action.

Day 2: Taking Action: making an impact

-Be inspired by inspirational women working in sustainability

-Find out what it’s like to work for a purpose-led organisation or business and how you can do it

-Meet our mentors and find out how they will support you

-Learn how to set and achieve goals for your green education and career journey.

-Choose your future through transformative coaching workshops alongside your new peer network.

Four Masterclasses & Meet-ups

These online masterclasses support your green career and personal development. They also provide guidance, accountability, and the support of a like-minded community.

1-2 pm 22nd August - The power of community and networking; 

6-7 pm 18 September - Turn eco-anxiety into agency and action

1-2 pm 24 October - What is the right climate career for you?

6-7 pm 20 November - How to get that dream green job.

The in-person event in Bristol, UK (optional) includes entry to an in-person Graduation and Green Careers event on 6th November in Bristol. As we know, many of you want the opportunity to meet in person; unfortunately, it won’t be a hybrid event, so we cannot provide online access. However, all other events will be held online; this is optional if you can make it.

We recommend you attend the online sessions in person. However, it isn’t essential, as all sessions are recorded and available until the end of December 2024.

3 months of Sustainability Mentorship (August – November)

Following the Catalyst Summit, you will be matched with a professional woman working in sustainability, and they will help you:

• Define your vision and pathway into a green career.
• Set a personal or career goal and be supported to achieve it.
• Learn about the education and career opportunities available to you.
• Build an understanding of your personal strengths and interests.
• Gain inspiration as you learn about career paths in sustainability and low-carbon economy.
• Learn tools for improving your confidence and personal resilience.

You will work with your mentor for 3 months from August – November. Agreeing dates and times that work for you both.
