Catherine McAuley College Event Sponsorship Opportunities

Last year we dipped our feet in the water and held our very first inaugural Trivia Night which proved to be a raging success.  It really brought the school community together and allowed us to raise funds that provided further opportunities for our growing school.

This year Catherine McAuley’s Parent Engagement Committee have to come together to discuss the 2023 event calendar and can now announce two major fundraising events for the year.  This will include:

Casino Night | Friday 26th May 2023

Trivia Night | Friday 27th October 2023

For our trivia night we were overwhelmed with the local business support, not only providing funds for the sponsorship but also coming along to the event to enjoy the night.  In 2023 we are offering a dual sponsorship opportunity in that you have the option to either sponsor one or both the above events.  We have also included 2 exclusive sponsorship opportunities that maybe of interest.  Please refer to the descriptions below and a table outlining the inclusions to the sponsorship levels.

Bar Sponsorship | Investment $1100 (inc GST) - maximum 1 (SOLD)

There will be a dedicated bar at both events, where there will be the opportunity to have signage at the bar.  Included in the sponsorship will be 100 coolers that will include the bar sponsor’s logo.  These coolers will be sold at the event for $10. There will also be an opportunity to have signage at all bar tables e.g. business cards.  Your business will be individually featured & tagged in all event pre and post Facebook posts. Your logo will also be on a loop on the 2 TV screens in the casino & trivia room.

Dance Floor Sponsorship | Investment $825 (inc GST) - maximum 1 (SOLD)

This sponsorship is for the Casino night only. Your business will have the opportunity to have signage at the dance floor and where the photo stand will be positioned giving you prime logo presence in all photos taken on the night.  Your business will be individually featured & tagged in all event pre and post Facebook posts. Your logo will also be on a loop on the 2 TV screens in the casino room.

Casino Table Sponsorship | Investment $330 (inc GST) or with Trivia $550 (inc GST) - maximum 12 Tables

This sponsorship is for the Casino night only with the option to add Trivia.  There will be 12 playing tables and therefore 12 business table sponsorship opportunities.  An A4 sign with your logo will be erected on the casino table and your business will be mentioned throughout the night by the MC.  Your business will be individually featured & tagged in all event pre and post Facebook posts. Your logo will also be on a loop on the 2 TV screens for 1 or both events depending on your preference.

Dual Event Sponsorship or Single Event | Investment $440 for dual or $275 (inc GST)

This sponsorship gives you individually featured & tagged in all event pre and post Facebook posts. Your logo will also be on a loop on the 2 TV screens for 1 or both events depending on your preference.

Prize Sponsorship Opportunities

If the above sponsorship options don’t suit, we welcome prize sponsorships for the casino night.  There will be various prizes on offer on the night.  This will include:

• Most chips at the end of the night (1st, 2nd, 3rd prize)
• Best Dressed
• Major Raffle Draw  
• Donate a Money/Scratch it board
• Spin to Win (100 tickets available to sell $10 a ticket – 15 or more prizes)

For your prize sponsorship contribution your business will be individually featured & tagged in all event pre and post facebook posts and your business mentioned on the night by the event MC.
