💳 TICKET INFO:

Tickets to the Diamond Gala are generously subsidised by the Group and are available for:

• $115 (SSCC members) + Booking Fee

• $145 (non-members/guests) + Booking Fee

• Please note - if you have Rewards & Recognition Points, you can use Points to purchase a pre-paid e-Gift card (Karta Gift Card) to then use to buy your Gala Tickets.
  You can only use one gift card at payment so please ensure you choose the Gift Card option that will cover your ticket price upfront as there are no split payments at check out.
  The Karta Gift Card acts as a prepaid MasterCard so please select Credit Card Payment at checkout. Note that the card needs to be activated prior to use.

🪑 SEATING OPTIONS/TABLE BOOKINGS: 

1. Once inside the Ballroom, seating will be at Tables of 10.
   When booking, at checkout, please make a note of who you would like to be seated with. Please don't worry if you don't have enough to make up a table, we will make up tables keeping Business units together where possible.

2. You can list as many people you wish to sit with / sit near or leave blank and we will arrange tables accordingly. 

3. Tables are allocated on a first come first serve basis

4. You can list a Table Manager for us to liaise with for your group

5. We will confirm table numbers with Table Managers at least 1 week before the Gala.

6. This information will be made available on your e-tickets also.

💛 CHARITIES: 

Most importantly, all proceeds from the event will be generously dollar-matched by the CommBank Foundation! All funds raised will be donated to charities chosen by our very own staff. 
Last year we raised $150,000 for charity and this year, with your help, we’d love to beat this for our four amazing charities below:

Alcohol Consumption

• The Ritz-Carlton aims to provide all patrons with a safe, friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Whilst the consumption of alcohol is a part of many people's social life, The Ritz-Carlton encourages those who choose to drink to do so responsibly. Unfortunately, some over-indulge and can become unruly and disruptive. This type of behaviour is unacceptable as it may threaten the enjoyment and safety of others, and may result in serious consequences.

• The Liquor Control Reform Act makes it an offence to supply alcohol to an intoxicated person or allow a drunken or disorderly person to be on licensed premises.

• The Ritz-Carlton staff are trained in the Responsible Serving of Alcohol and are obliged to ensure these laws are adhered to for the enjoyment and safety of all patrons. This includes a legal requirement to refuse service of alcohol to any patron considered to be intoxicated.

Smoking and Illicit Substances
Illicit substances along with the smoking of cigarettes, cigars, vaporisers and e-cigarettes will not be permitted inside any part of our Venue (including toilets, backstage and dressing rooms).
Designated smoking areas are nominated in the street outside the Venue.
Photography and Videography
There are so many magical moments at the Diamond Gala each year, which is why we have professional photographers and videographers in attendance. They are there to capture the excitement of the event and this may include pictures or video footage of you! A selection of photos and videos are made available to attendees to download after the event. Please note that by purchasing a ticket and attending this Event, you consent to us capturing and sharing/using these images and video for attendees to view and for the purpose of future event promotions. If you have any concerns, please speak to our friendly team on the night or after the event. 

Removal From the Venue
If a guest is removed from the venue by security, there will be no refund of their entry cost.
