The Canterbury Bankstown Chamber of Commerce (CBCC) is very pleased to introduce Housing in NSW Event!

We are honored to welcome our Key Speaker The Hon. Paul Scully MP NSW Minister for Planning and Public Spaces. Also, you will witness an Industry Expert Panel Members discussing current challenges facing the industry.

Chairman and CEO @ E C Property Pty Ltd | Accounting



Eddy, the only son of Lebanese migrants who arrived in Australia in the 1970s, credits his success to his parents and Australia. He is a proud father of two university graduates. Eddy is Managing Director at E C Property, Group Chairman at several organizations, and Superintendent across multiple development entities. With expertise in various fields, he is about to present over one billion dollars in property.

Group Director - Development and Government



Jeheon Son joined Vicinity in July 2023 as Group Director – Development and Government. He leads the development business and government relations function. With over 20 years of experience, Jeheon has worked on major global projects like the London 2012 Athletes Village and the Scottish Parliament Building. In Australia, he held senior roles at Lendlease, Mirvac, and Stockland.

Lindy Deitz
General Manager, Campbelltown City Council



Lindy Deitz, with over 30 years in Local Government, serves as General Manager of Campbelltown City. She leads the council through a transformative phase, focusing on innovative change and community needs. Lindy advocates for the southwest Sydney region, working with government, industry, and community groups to support Campbelltown's evolution into a key city in the South West Growth Corridor.

Bill Parasiris
Vice-President, Infrastructure and Commercial at Western Sydney University



Bill Parasiris is Vice-President Infrastructure and Commercial at Western Sydney University. He leads the ‘Western Growth’ program, focusing on campus development, financial sustainability, and research opportunities. Bill also works on expanding the University’s commercial partnerships and presence in Western Sydney. He holds an MBA, is an AICD graduate, and serves on several councils and boards.

David Ghannoum
Regional Managing Director



David, Regional Managing Director at Multiplex, began his career in 1982 and joined the company in 1989. He oversees major projects in NSW and ACT, including Western Sydney International Airport and Quay Quarter Tower. David supports social programs and holds roles with UTS, the Warrah Society, and Urban Taskforce. He has a Bachelor of Engineering and multiple professional fellowships.

Michael Martin Dakhoul
Managing Director



Michael, founder and Managing Director of Construction Consultants, has 23 years in quantity surveying and project management, 9 years in construction, and 5 years in architecture design. Under his leadership, the company has grown to over 60 staff. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS) and a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS), and he serves on the AIQS Panel of authorized inspectors.
