Since transitioning from military service in 2015, Martin has become a trusted strategic advisor, speaker, facilitator, and executive coach, helping
senior leaders develop constructive cultures, lead with integrity, and align business strategy with deeper purpose. He has worked with government,
private sector, and not-for-profit organisations across Australia, delivering impactful programs in leadership, performance, and values-based decision-
making.
