The importance of story telling and how to get stories out there with Mike McCarthy, Creative Director, The Skill Engineer

Mike McCarthy is the Creative Director at The Skill Engineer, where he brings over a decade of experience in content development, media training and visual storytelling. With a background in music production and creative arts mentoring, Mike leads a range of media-based projects that inspire and inform young people across the Central Coast region. Current projects such as DigiVan, In My Shoes and The MobPod are testament to Mike’s innovative leadership. He’s known for blending strategic thinking with artistic vision, guiding young people to deliver impactful work across a variety of platforms. When he’s not collaborating on creative projects, Mike enjoys time with his young family and exploring local surf and fishing spots to keep himself grounded. Mike’s leadership continues to shape a culture of innovation and collaboration at The Skill Engineer.
