CCeMMP Research Symposium 2026
Description
The Australian Research Council funded Centre, Centre for Cryo-electron Microscopy of Membrane Proteins (CCeMMP), is hosting a free in-person 2026 Research Symposium to showcase the exciting research and technological advances in the field of cryo-electron microscopy and membrane proteins and will feature two keynote presentations. CCeMMP invite the scientific community to attend and participate in the symposium on the 2nd and 3rd of December at The Bio21 in Melbourne, Australia.
The Centre invites the scientific community to attend and participate in the symposium.
Lineup

A/Prof. Alisa Glukhova
Dr Alisa Glukhova is a Snow Medical and an NHMRC Fellow and a laboratory head in the Structural Biology division at WEHI. She earned her PhD in Chemical Biology in 2014 from the University of Michigan, where she worked on solving structures of lipid-modifying enzymes using x-ray crystallography. During her postdoctoral training at Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, she used x-ray crystallography, cryo-electron microscopy, and pharmacology techniques to study different G protein-coupled receptors.
