New WHS Regulations Transitional Arrangements – New What You Need to Know.  

In 2022, the Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations came into effect with some transitional and savings provisions in place.

These transitional and saving measures were applied from the commencement of the Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations yet many have now passed their expiry.
