CCQ Zero Project: A Collaborative approach to improving health and ending homelessness

Event description

Funding is available to support two communities (located within Central Queensland, Wide Bay or Sunshine Coast) to initiate ZERO initiatives using this methodology. CCQ is partnering with Micah Projects to host these information sessions which will explore this collaborative approach to improving health and ending homelessness, and upcoming opportunities in this region. Come along to the workshop to learn more about expressing interest.  

This information workshop will introduce and explore the groundbreaking ‘Advance to ZERO’ methodology which aims to improve health outcomes and end homelessness through a collaborative approach. 

Come along to this information workshop to learn more about the opportunity including; 

Overview of the Advance to Zero methodology and collaborative impact model used by Brisbane Zero and Logan Zero

How this approach has improved health and homelessness in other communities

What organisations and communities need to do for the methodology to work

Information on opportunities to lead local efforts to end homelessness and resources to support

Process for nominating your community and organisation as a pilot site (Expression of Interest)
