Please refer to each items description for item specific T&Cs.

General terms include:

Adult supervision is required with all toys.
Items must be collected in the allocated timeslot.
Items must be returned in the allocated timeslot. Items must be returned to a toy library member on roster on the day of return. They must not be left unattended at the toy library.
Items must be returned in the condition they were collected.
Items must be clean and dry before being returned.
Bond/s must be paid and will be refunded at the end of the month (of the booking), following the return and review of the items.
Any damage or lost items will be required to be replaced or repaired* at full cost to you (*repaired in consultation with toy library prior to any repairs occuring).
There is a $30.00 cleaning fee if the item is returned dirty.
A $20.00 cancellation fee applies. If booking through Humanitix, 80% of the bond and hire fee is able to be refunded 7 days prior to the event. Bookings can be transferred to a different date if required (subject to availability).
If the items are not collected during the allocated timeframe (or alternative arrangement with the toy library), the full hire fee will be withheld. You can contact the toy library to arrange for the bond to be refunded.
If toy/s are not returned within the time frame specified an overdue fee of $20.00 per day will be charged.
Where supplied, you must read the Instruction Manual before setting up.
Once you have hired the item you have an hour to report any damage or issues before it becomes your responsibility (please inspect as soon as possible).
Any damage or lost items that occur during your hire is your responsibility, and if so, please act immediately and report the damage to the Toy Library via Facebook message. This damage will need to be fixed by you (with consultation with the toy library prior to any repairs only) and if it is unfixable then the item will need to be replaced with a like for like product/s at your own expense (or the full replacement cost paid by you to the toy library.
You acknowledge that you have read the above Terms and Conditions and specific item Terms and Conditions.
You will adhere to them and by hiring the Party Toy/s; accept all risk and liability of any injury, loss or damage associated with the use of the items hired. You are responsible for any such injury, loss or damage including but not limited to repair of any damage to the items hired and if unable to be repaired, then replacement of the item.

Full terms and conditions specific to each party hire item will be provided via email once the CCTL has received your booking.
